What investment deals do you offer?

We are always getting different deals and never specify when we will have a certain investment available. We regularly have HMO's/Multi Let/BMV/R2R opportunities available, so keep checking the email.

How do I know what deal to invest in?

Always choose a deal dependant on your finances and experience. For instance title splitting a large Victorian house will require lots more time, experience and finance than an up and running HMO.

Do I need a mortgage?

Yes - unless you have the cash readily available. Please ensure you have spoken with a mortgage advisor and have a mortgage in principle before purchasing a deal. (Excluding R2R or R2SA deals)

How soon will I get my investment?

As soon as you have signed and returned our terms and conditions and made payment the investment is secured. We will then send you your Investment brochure which contains all the information.

What happens if the deal falls through before completion?

Don't worry- although frustrating and beyond our control this can happen, we will simply replace your investment. All is explained in our terms and conditions on how the process works.

Are you a compliant Sourcing Company?

Yes - We are fully compliant and registered with all the relevant governing bodies.
