How it works

Using our contacts nationwide we source properties daily and only select the best properties which follow our strict guidelines to pass on to our investors. Unlike many "property sourcers'" we view every property and complete a detailed report before we decide whether the property is suitable for investment.

We will provide you with the detailed report along with the financial forecast and local management team including tradesman once our terms and conditions have been returned and payment received.

We only send our deals to investors who are on our mailing list, so be quick to respond if you want an investment as they are sold on a first come first served basis!

What we do for you?

• We find the best properties and match the best investment stratergy for the given area, maximising the return on your investment.
• We view the property and complete a detailed assessment and condition report.
• We carry out extensive due-diligence on the area, including employment status, planned rejuvenation and transport links etc.
• We assess any refurbishment costs and obtain quotes from trusted tradesmen.
• Cashflow Forecast - We do all the figures for you and obtain all costs and quotes from licences required through to quotes for utilities, so you can see a true cash flow.
• Management - We speak to multiple letting agents/HMO managers to ensure the demand is in the area and confirm they are happy to proceed should you wish for them to manage the property.
• Photos of all aspects both interior and exterior of the property will be provided when a deal is purchased. 

Nb - Addresses/Viewings/Photos are not given prior to completion of the investment purchase. This is to protect all parties involved and maintain our integrity at all times.
